Course Description: 

Focuses on strategic issues and decisions germane to the management of consumer products and brands. Includes product market structure, category management, product life cycle and product line strategy, brand equity, brand growth strategies, and financial valuation of brands. Integrates lecture, discussion, and case analysis, with a focus on student case presentations.
